TRISUN Care Center Coastal Palms, located at 221 Cedar Dr. in Portland, provides individualized medical rehabilitation in a beautiful, home-like setting. Our healthcare staff consists of a group of trained professionals dedicated to meeting the needs of each resident. A full-time activity director is on staff to provide daily fun and to facilitate movement opportunities for all residents. The common areas are warm and inviting and provide a comfortable setting for residents and visitors alike. Delicious meals are served in the dining room three times daily, with snacks available at other times of the day. Specialized care focuses on all aspects of the individual, including physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

The center is located adjacent to TRISUN Healthcare's Pavilion Assisted Living Center, providing a continuum of care from assisted living to skilled nursing and rehab.
