TRISUN Care Center Windcrest, located at 8800 Fourwinds Dr. in San Antonio, provides 24-hour nursing care in a warm and friendly environment. Our staff is devoted to making each and every resident feel comfortable and at home. The center participates in Part A and B of Medicare, private insurance, Medicaid and respite care programs, as well as participating HMOs. We believe in a holistic approach, with care encompassing not only physical needs, but also emotional and spiritual needs. An on-site chaplain is available to help residents and their families with spiritual issues. Our common areas are nicely decorated and serve as a focal point where residents and visitors gather throughout the day. We have a full-time activity director who provides a wide variety of activities for residents with all levels of physical abilities. TRISUN Care Center Windcrest also features a secured Alzheimer's unit.
