TRISUN Care Center Wurzbach is located at 8300 Wurzbach Rd. in San Antonio. The center provides 24-hour skilled nursing care in a beautiful home-like setting. Our healthcare staff consists of a group of trained professionals dedicated to meeting the needs of each resident. In addition to nursing care, our team of professionals helps residents with emotional and spiritual issues as well. We have an on-site chaplain who is available to help residents and their families with spiritual needs. We also feature a daily activity program and encourage all residents to take part at their own pace.
